Amit and Syed at reception offered really good assistance. The location is near many restaurants and bars. Breakfast featured many choices. The gym was convenient and had modern equipment.
The television remote didn't work properly.

The hotel had very clean rooms. I got an early check-in. The room featured a smart TV after a long day.
I experienced an issue the air conditioner. The air conditioner was not always stable. The room sometimes could not be warmed. The phone did not work.

My room included a very nice desk. The breakfast provided a very good selection of foods. Staff offered to prepare breakfast to go since I had an early departure. I found this very thoughtful.
The gym only provided one room key per guest

The room was immaculate and spacious enough. the room temperature was perfect. I did not need to turn on the air conditioning. the staff were very kind and helpful (a gentleman were really nice). he.
i couldn't find a 'do not disturb' sign in my room.

The deal with a nearby car park was excellent. i mainly walked to the city center. This was quite easy. the tram, rail, and bus services are nearby. luggage storage is available with a luggage tag system.

the staff was all very pleasant and helpful. some staff members even held my bags while i was out during the day. sakuba, sophie, and krish were especially helpful. the breakfast crew made every morning start well.
